Lisa—born Pranpriya “Lalisa” Manobal on March 27, 1997, in Buriram, Thailand—is a Thai rapper, singer, dancer, and actress best known as the main dancer, lead rapper, and maknae of the K-pop powerhouse BLACKPINK, which debuted in August 2016 under YG Entertainment. She made history as one of the few non-Korean members in a top-tier K-pop group and launched a record-breaking solo career with her debut single album Lalisa in September 2021, setting first-week sales records in South Korea.
