Biography
Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O’Connell (born December 18, 2001, in Los Angeles) is an American singer-songwriter and musician known for her intimate vocals and atmospheric, genre-blending music. She first gained public attention in 2015 with the release of her debut single “Ocean Eyes,” written and produced by her brother, Finneas O’Connell. Her debut studio album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? (2019), was released when she was just 17 and went on to win Album of the Year at the 2020 Grammy Awards—making her the youngest artist in history to receive that honor.
Eilish has since become a major force in music and pop culture, known for her bold emotional honesty and unique style—often oversized, streetwear-inspired fashion that both conceals and expresses her identity.
